To allow even an unskilled worker of a form to quickly, easily and rationally perform construction without using a plywood form; and to cope with a rigid-frame structure occupying most of mid-to-high-rise medium building, for the original purpose of a steel panel, by separating, moving and diverting a mold in the same state as assembling, by separating and releasing the mold by horizontally pulling out while inclining from hardened concrete, by freely lifting only a form for the beam bottom of integrated steel panels for a beam/a wall.
One of the opposed steel panels 1 is integrally constituted by connecting a form 4 for a wall and a form 5 for a beam side surface. The steel panel for a beam/a wall is formed by interposing a plurality of manual screw jacks 7 so as to freely lift the form 6 for the beam bottom attached with a face plate 10a for a wall upper part between the form 4 for a wall and the form 5 for a beam side surface.
