Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe composite processing device, in particular, a steel pipe composite processing device having a flare processing mechanism of a steel pipe tip end, and a screw processing mechanism for deforming the steel pipe tip end by cold pressure deformation.SOLUTION: The steel pipe composite processing device comprises, on a common rotation mechanism part: a flare processing mechanism for expanding a steel pipe end part outward and performing flanging; and a screw processing mechanism for performing cold pressure deformation of an outer periphery of the steel pipe end part into salient-shaped screw processing, and of an inner periphery of the steel pipe end part into recess-shaped screw processing. A flare processing head of the flare processing mechanism and a screw processing head of the screw processing mechanism are disposed on a common chuck base plate. Then, the flare processing head and the screw processing head are exchanged so that flare processing and screw processing can be performed.
