To suppress the propagation of vibration from a steel plate concrete structure to facilities when installing the facilities in the structure via an embedded fitting.
An opening 1 somewhat larger than the embedded fitting 2 is provided in a surface steel plate 10 of a steel plate concrete wall and the embedded fitting 2 is installed inside the opening 1 at a space from the surface steel plate 10. Concrete 5 is placed between the surface steel plates 9, 10 and the concrete 15 is also filled in a space therebetween. By avoiding the contact of the embedded fitting 2 directly with the surface steel plate 10, the propagation of vibration from a pipe 6 through the surface steel plate 10 to the embedded fitting 2 is decayed. Thus, less troubles are caused by the vibration of an electric instrument 5 fixed to the embedded fitting.
