Abstract:

A stainless steel plate or a carbon steel plate excellent in non- adhesiveness whose concavo-convex height is 0.04 to 0.5 mm, the projected area rate of the convexity portion is 70% or less, and the area rate of the flat portion of the convex portion has a discontinuous convexity of 30% or less against the projected area is obtained by an embossing work treated by rolling or pressing or by applying a paint added with minute solid on the steel plate surface.
