Title:
STEEL PLATE FRAME MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS555049
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the legs of a steel plate frame motor form thermally deforming due to welding heat by providing a gap at the welding portion between the frame and the legs via a welding rod to thus weld via arc therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 attached with a stator 3 is fixed to a mandrel 4, a leg 2 is placed on a bearer 6 provided at the position in required length from the end surface plate 5 in advance for positioning the leg 2. Then, an arc welding is conducted. At this time, a gap delta is provided between the frame 1 and the leg 2 via a welding rod 2d. Thus, the arc welding heat does not reach the back side of the leg 2 to eliminate the large deformation of the leg 2 in a heating cycle from thermal expansion to contraction to thereby same the step of machining the back of the leg for labor-saving.
