Abstract:
To provide manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method capable of avoiding collision of a steel plate to a dewatering roller outlet side nozzle when a tail end part of the steel plate advances into a dewatering zone by virtue of a simple constitution and structure without obstructing ejection of fluid from the dewatering roller outlet side nozzle.SOLUTION: In manufacturing equipment 1 of a steel plate, a housing 7 supporting an upper side dewatering roller 5 of each of dewatering roller pairs 41 to 4n, is installed with a dewatering roller outlet side nozzle 12 which ejects fluid R toward an outlet side of a water-cooling zone WSk between dewater roller pairs 4k+1 of an inlet side of the dewatering pairs 4k+2 and dewatering roller pairs 4k of the further inlet side of the dewatering roller pairs 4k+1 to perform dewatering. When a tail end part of a steel plate S enters a dewatering zone CT, an upper side dewatering roller elevating device 19 causes the upper side dewatering roller 5, of dewatering roller pairs 4k+2 of the outlet side of the dewatering zone CT to fall down and conveys a steel plate S in a vertically restrained state together with a lower side dewatering roller 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
