Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel plate manufacturing method for estimating the deformation attributable to residual stresses in a steel plate or controlling the deformation within a predetermined allowable range after the cutting when the steel plate is cut by using laser beam or gas by a user.
SOLUTION: The temperature distribution on a surface of a steel plate 8 which is hot-corrected by a hot-correcting device 5 is measured by a thermometer 7. Next, the residual stress distribution or the like is operated from the temperature distribution in the steel plate 8 by a deformation estimation computer 18, etc., and operates a predetermined parameter from the residual stress distribution or the like. In addition, an allowable value set according to a working condition of a user is compared with the parameters. When the parameter is not within the allowable range, correction is performed by using a correcting device 10 or a heat treatment furnace 9 to reduce the residual stresses.
