Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure the printing quality of steel panel marking at high temp. by applying marking by emitting coating material and compressed air respectively from the central part and outer peripheral part of a nozzle through pressure regulators so as to change the emitting pressures of them.
CONSTITUTION: In an air system, air is compressed by an air compressor and the pressure thereof is adjusted and set by a pressure adjusting valve and the pressure adjusting valve sets air pressure on the basis of the temp. of a steel panel detected based on radiation pressure. In a coating system, a coating material is compressed by a coating material compressor and the pressure thereof is adjusted and set by a pressure adjusting valve. This pressure adjusting valve is set on the basis of the relation with the temp. of the steel plate and the relation between the air pressure and the coating pressure. Emitting timing is calculated and a solenoid valve is opened and compressed air is supplied to the outer peripheral part of a two-fluid nozzle to be emitted and the coating material is supplied to the central part of the two-fluid nozzle to perform marking.
