In this steel plate 10 with the nonslipping member, a flat bar 11 with a large number of nonslipping projections 12 projecting with prescribed heights from a steel plate surface 16 is welded to a position separate from respective intersections 18 on a line mutually crossing at a right angle at an oblique equal interval with the steel plate edge. An area occupied by a flat bar with four nonslipping projections on a line segment formed of adjacent crossing lines 17 is formed narrower than the tire grounding area 14 of a vehicle, and increases a nonslipping effect by surely catching a tire of a vehicle advancing and retreating from all directions.
