To provide a steel sheet for enameling in which excellent adhesion of enamel can be obtained by enameling for only one time using a Ti-added steel sheet, its production method, an enameled product, and its production method.

An Ni-Mo alloy plating is applied to the surface of a Ti-added steel sheet having components containing in the relation of, by weight, ≤0.01% C, ≤0.5% Mn, ≤0.04% P, ≤0.04% S and 0.01 to 0.50% Ti, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Next, heat treatment is performed to prepare a steel sheet for enameling in which the contents of Ni, Mo and Fe present in the surface of the steel sheet are controlled to fixed ranges. A glaze is applied thereto for one time, and the steel sheet is baked.
