Title:
STEEL SHEET EXCELLENT IN BLACKENING TREATABILITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3146939
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet hating such an excellent blackening treatability as to produce superior adhesion of blackened film and have no possibility of the formation of red rust at the time of blackening treatment and also having excellent properties required, e.g. of magnetic shielding material for color television receiver.
SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a composition consisting of ≤0.05% C, ≤0.5% Si, 0.04-1.0% Mn, ≤0.05% P, ≤0.02% S, ≤0.005% sol.Al, 0.008-0.060% O, ≤0.04% Cu, ≤0.01% N, and the balance essentially Fe or further containing one or more kinds among 0.0005-0.0050% B, 0.003-0.10% Ti, and 0.003-0.10% Nb. Further, the average roughness (Ra) of surface is regulated to ≥1.1μm.
