Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a steel sheet excellent in water repellency and preventive of corrosion without being in contact with water because the water flows down even when the water comes into contact with its surface.
CONSTITUTION: A water-repellent layer 2 coupled with metal is formed on a plated steel sheet 1, a plated steel sheet having a chemical conversion coating layer or a plated steel sheet having a chemical conversion coating layer and an org. coating layer thereon to constitute a steel sheet excellent in water repellency.
