Abstract:
The present invention provides a technology for simultaneously reforming warp and width-direction deformation of a steel sheet pile. This device is for reforming a steel sheet pile having joint parts at both ends in the width direction, the reforming device comprising: a roll reformation part in which multiple upper rolls and multiple lower rolls are arranged in a zigzag pattern; and a pair of vertical rolls which are disposed on the downstream side of the roll reformation part in the conveyance direction of the steel sheet pile. The pair of vertical rolls are set apart from each other by a distance that is less than the total width of a steel sheet pile product. This method for producing of a steel sheet pile using said reformation device equipped with the roll reformation part and vertical rolls, the method comprising a reformation step which is carried out by a method of, after a steel sheet pile has undergone reformation by the roll reformation part, applying pressure on the joint parts by the pair of vertical rolls toward the central in the width direction of the steel sheet pile.
