To provide a steel sheet pile having a high degree of freedom of size adjustment and holding the strength and accuracy of joints, to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and to provide a steel sheet pile wall formed by the steel sheet piles.

A steel sheet pile 1 includes a linear steel sheet pile divided first member 7 and a linear steel sheet pile divided second member 11 having at least joint portions, respectively, and obtained by cutting a linear steel sheet pile 3 shaped by hot rolling, and a base member joined thereto, having no joint portion, and manufactured by rolling or folding, the base member being formed into an U-shaped base member 13 U-shaped, the linear steel sheet pile divided first member 7 and the linear steel sheet pile divided second member 11 being joined to both ends of the U-shaped base member 13, respectively. Thus, the steel sheet pile 1 is shaped with arm parts 10 which extend outward from both ends of the U-shaped part approximately U-shaped in axially perpendicular cross section as a whole and have the joint portions at the front ends.
