To dispense with welding work after the insertion of a steel sheet pile, while enabling the steel sheet pile to be inserted by a press-in machine, a perforated steel plate is joined to the steel sheet pile for being used as an earth retaining wall and a sheathing board of a structure, in the construction of the structure of the reinforced concrete in the ground.
This steel sheet piles are inserted into the ground while adjoining each other in the circumferential direction of the structure 7 constructed from the reinforced concrete, so as to enclose the structure 7 to be constructed in the ground. A bolt 3 is joined or connected to a steel sheet pile body 2 constituting the steel sheet pile, and a shank of the bolt 3 is protruded from a surface, directed to the side of the structure 7, of the steel sheet pile body 2.
