Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a steel strip capable of obtaining a steel strip having an excellent surface property by suppressing generation of a surface defect in a cold rolling process.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a steel strip for making a steel strip by performing middle cold rolling and finish cold rolling to a hot-rolled steel strip after hot rolling. The manufacturing method of the steel strip includes a surface grinding step for grinding the surface of the steel strip after middle cold rolling, an acid cleaning step for performing acid cleaning of the steel strip after surface grinding, and a finish cold rolling step for performing finish cold rolling having rolling reduction of 35% or more to the steel strip after acid cleaning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
