To provide a steel that exhibits excellent corrosion resistance even in an environment where IS process is performed, and also has excellent workability and strength.SOLUTION: A steel consists of, in mass%, C: 0.05-0.10%, Si: 0.10-0.50%, Al: 3.0-6.0%, Mn: 0.30-1.50%, P: 0.05% or less, S: 0.02% or less, N: 0.01% or less, Ni: 25.0-40.0%, Cr: 17.0-25.0%, B: 0.0015-0.0080%, and Ti: 0.15-0.60%, with the balance being Fe and impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
