To keep comfortable operability, transmission performance of operational force and durability, and to easily arrange a long size member, by preventing the long size member such as a brake liquid pipe and a clutch lever extending from a handle bar from moving largely, and preventing bending stress from concentrating in a fixed place of the long side member, in rotational operation of the handle bar.
A steering bracket of a vehicle connected to a steering shaft 5 and laterally rotating together with the handle bar and the steering shaft 5 is applied to a steering upper bracket 2 for rotating together with the steering shaft 5 by connecting right-left front forks 1. Regulating guide parts 40 and 40 for regulating the movement of the long size member in a predetermined regulating range S by enclosing the outside of the long size member such as the brake liquid pipe 18, a clutch cable 24 or a lead wire harness 20 extending from the handle bar, are integrally molded in the steering upper bracket 2.
