To provide a steering controller capable of inhibiting occurrence of offsetting or swaying.SOLUTION: A steering controller that controls a steering unit 20 which steers a vehicle 10 includes: a vehicle speed detection unit 111 that detects a vehicle speed during traveling of the vehicle; a tire acting force detection unit 112 that detects a tire acting force which acts on tires of the vehicle; a resultant force arithmetic unit 121 that computes a resultant force, which acts on the vehicle, on the basis of the vehicle speed and the tire acting force; a target steering quantity arithmetic unit 122 that computes a target steering quantity, which needs to cancel a yaw rate, by predicting the yaw rate derived from the resultant force; and a steering quantity control unit 131 that controls the steering unit so that the target steering quantity can be attained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
