Abstract:

To provide a steering device and an industrial vehicle which are capable of easily performing a static toe-angle adjustment of wheels.

A steering device 11 is provided with a cylinder 14 having cylinder rods 13, two knuckle arms 15 connected-fixed to respective rear wheels 2, and two tie-rods 16 for connecting the cylinder rods 13 to the knuckle arms 15. The cylinder rod 13 and the tie-rod 16 on the right rear 2 side are connected by a connecting pin 41 having an eccentric shaft part. A fixing plate 21 for regulating the rotation of a connecting pin 20 is attached to the connecting pin 20. Further, the cylinder rod 13 and the tie-rod on the left rear wheel 2 side are connected by a cylindrical spindle 18. Then the toe-angles of the respective rear wheels 2 are adjusted by changing a neutral position of the cylinder rod 13 and rotating the connecting pin 20 to change the position of the eccentric shift part.
