A wire operation part 54 on the other side operating in the interlocking relationship with operation of the long handle shaft 5 is provided inside a front wire operation part case 53, and the other end parts of the outers 20, 21 of the push-pull wires 18, 19 are supported on left and right side walls. In particular, by turning the wire operation part 9 on one side in a lower end part of the long handle shaft 5 by operating the long handle shaft 5, the wire operation part 54 on the other side is turned.
