Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inclination of rack bars even during special steering operation in which the pair of rack bars included in a steering device are moved the same distance in opposite directions (left and right).SOLUTION: A steering device includes: a pair of rack bars 210 and 220; pinion gears 230 which engage with the rack bars; a special steering motor 240 which rotationally drives the pinion gears 230; a rack case 260 which houses the pair of rack bars 210 and 220; two bearings 301, 302 which constantly support the first rack bar 210 on the rack case 260; and two bearings 311, 312 which constantly support the second rack bar 220 on the rack case 260.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
