Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device that can solve at least either one of a problem that an external tooth of a driven pulley deforms and a problem that a housing surrounding the driven pulley is enlarged, in a fixing mechanism for the driven pulley and a rolling element nut.SOLUTION: A steering device S1 comprises: a turning shaft 21; a ball screw mechanism 33 comprising a rolling element screw portion 21b, a rolling element nut 33a and a rolling element 38; a motor M; a belt transmitting mechanism 35 comprising a driving pulley 35a, a driven pulley 35c and a belt 35b with teeth; and a fixing mechanism 40. The fixing mechanism 40 comprises a female screw 41, a notch portion 43 and a lock nut 42. The notch portion 43 is formed at a position in a shaft direction separated from a range in the shaft direction of a second external tooth 35c1. The lock nut 42 comprises a lock nut main body 42a, an engagement claw 42b and the other part 42c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
