Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device which suppresses an inclination of a ball screw nut to a power transmission member, and can impart a further favorable steering feeling to a driver.SOLUTION: A screw groove 33 is formed on an internal peripheral face of a penetration hole 31b of a ball screw nut 31. The ball screw nut 31 has an equal diameter part 31d which is set constant in its pitch circle diameter, and diameter-expanded parts 31e which are arranged at both sides of the equal diameter part 31d, and set to be larger than the pitch circle diameter of the equal diameter part 31d. Two annular protrusions 42h are continuously formed on an internal peripheral face of a driven pulley 42 over the whole periphery of the internal peripheral face. The protrusions 42h are formed at positions corresponding to the diameter-expanded part 31e on the internal peripheral face of the driven pulley 42 in its axial direction. The protrusions 42h are compressed to an external peripheral face of the ball screw nut 31 with a slight fastening margin in their radial directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
