PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a steering force adjustment device which is compact and achieves a high gear reduction ratio.SOLUTION: A steering part (10) includes: a sun roller (71) which is coaxially arranged with an outer periphery of a middle steering shaft (102); planetary rollers (73) which are disposed at an outer periphery of the sun roller (71) and contact with an outer peripheral surface of the sun roller (71); a carrier (77) which rotatably supports the planetary rollers (73) and is fixed to the middle steering shaft (102); and a belt (81) which connects the roller (71) to a power generation part (13) so that torque is transmitted thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
