PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation whether a seat is set forward or backward by actuating a steering mechanism by means of a lateral turning operation of a single steering lever without respect to the facing direction of the seat.
SOLUTION: A turning plate 39 is connected to the base end of a steering lever 15 so that it can be turned integrally with the lateral rotation of the steering lever 15 whether a seat 12 is faced forward or backward, and in the lateral vicinity of the turning plate 39, a left turning switch 40L and a right turning switch 40R are arranged. In addition, a pivotal turn setting switch 16 is arranged in the head top part of the steering lever 15, while a pivotal turn switch 45, which is turned on when rotation reaches a rotation limit of a boss 43, is arranged in the vicinity of the boss 43 fitted around a rotary shaft 42. Therefore, the steering mechanism can be operated with the pivotal turn setting switch 16 pressed while a single steering lever 15 is gripped. In this way, operation can be facilitated whether the seat 12 are faced forward or backward.
