Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect steering speed required for system control without being affected by a chattering signal generated in handle switching, etc., by utilizing an existing steering angle sensor.
CONSTITUTION: The detection method consists of an UP/DOWN counter 12 which can judge forward rotation/backward rotation, an NAND circuit 14 which generates a trigger signal only when three lower output bits of the UP/DOWN counter 12 is set to '011', and a CPU 13.
