Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce lateral sliding of a wheel at the time of turning while reducing a turning radius.
SOLUTION: A vehicle body side case 7 is supported on a vehicle body, an intermediate case 8 is supported free to oscillate around a first vertical steering shaft center p1 respectively on left and right end parts of the vehicle body side case 7, an axle case 9 to axially support the wheel 1 is supported free to oscillate around a second vertical steering shaft center p2 respectively on an intermediate case 8, the intermediate case 8 is made to steer and oscillate around the first vertical steering shaft center p1 in accordance with steering operation of a steering wheel 5, providing a steering means to steer and oscillate the axle case 9 around the second vertical steering shaft center p2 and a gear mechanism to interlock a first transmission shaft 18 with the first vertical steering shaft center p1 as its rotational shaft center and a second transmission shaft 20 with the second vertical steering shaft center p2 as its rotational shaft center out of a transmission mechanism is internally built in the intermediate case 8 in a state of interlocking a lower end of the first transmission shaft 18 and the second transmission shaft 20.
