Abstract:
To provide a steering wheel which can minimize a possibility that an operator covers and hides a lighting device with his/her hand during operation of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A steering wheel 1 provided with a camera 6 for monitoring an operator of a vehicle has a non-circular rim 5. The rim 5 has: steering grip parts 51, 52 which are disposed at the left side and the right side when viewed from an operator in a state that the steering wheel 1 is placed in a steering neutral position; and a non-grip part 53 spanned between upper parts and lower parts of the respective steering grip parts 51, 52. A lighting device 8 for illuminating a face of the operator is provided at the non-grip part 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
