Abstract:
To eliminate a coating film with a coating material by efficiently enhancing light resistance of a foamed polyurethane coating itself, thereby reducing labor, time, and costs required for coating film formation.SOLUTION: A foamed polyurethane coating 1 of a steering wheel contains pigment 10 to 25 pts.mass, a benzotriazole based ultraviolet light absorber 1 to 3 pts.mass, and a hindered amine based light stabilizer 0.8 to 2.5 pts.mass, with respect to base polyol 91 pts.mass. A total of the ultraviolet light absorber and the light stabilizer is blended to be 2.7 pts.mass or more. Furthermore, the foamed polyurethane coating is foamed and molded with a polyurethane material in which polyisocyanate is blended and the coating 1 is an integral skin foam containing high foamed core foam 2 and a low foamed skin layer 3. The skin layer 3 has a non-foamed surface, thickness of the skin layer 3 is 50 μm or more, and the surface of the skin layer 3 is a product surface which is not provided with a coating film with a coating material and presents a color by the pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
