Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant stem holder capable of surely maintaining a stem- holding state, little in the number of parts, capable of being easily assembled, enabling to reduce the cost of production, and capable of always maintaining the using state, even when repeatedly used.
SOLUTION: This stem holder for a plant comprises the first and second nipping half bodies 2, 3 which are pivotally supported and whose central parts 4, 5 are superposed each other. Circular members capable of forming a cylinder are formed on the ends of both the nipping half bodies, and operation parts 8, 9 are formed on the other ends. The stem holder 1 for the plant has a part 19 communicating with the openings of the circular parts 6, 7 and can nip a hanging cord to be inserted thereinto by closing both the circular parts 6, 7. Ratchet teeth 10 are formed on one of both the nipping half bodies 2, 3, and catching tines 11 corresponding to the ratchet teeth 10 are formed on the other. When the catching tines 11 are engaged with the ratchet teeth 10, both the circular members 2, 3 are openably held in the closed state.
