Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make printing elongations of the entire stencil paper uniform even if printing elongations are different depending on regions of patterns of bored image portions thermally bored on the stencil paper.SOLUTION: A stencil printer (1) comprises at least a platemaking unit (30), a sheet feeding unit (50), a printing unit (60) and a control unit (95). The control unit (95) divides stencil paper M into at least two or more divided regions Ma11, Ma12 with a division line B set along the rotation direction of a plate cylinder 61, and thermally bores printing elongation adjustment holes Mn11, Mn12 at portions where ink (IK) does not oozes on the stencil paper M so that respective boring ratios α11, α12 calculated in the respective divided regions Ma11, Ma12 become equal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
