Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally print an excellent ink image from the first sheet that has passed at first during plate-attachment of winding a stencil sheet that has been subjected to plate-making along the outer peripheral surface of a rotatable plate cylinder.SOLUTION: A stencil printer 1 winds a stencil sheet M that is formed with a perforated image and has been subjected to plate-making on an outer peripheral surface 61a of a plate cylinder 61, makes ink IK supplied into the plate cylinder 61 exude to the stencil sheet M from the outer peripheral surface 61a, and prints an ink image corresponding to the perforated image on a sheet P while pressing the sheet P to the stencil sheet M by a press roller 72. The stencil printer 1 includes: ink suction means 75 which is installed near the outer peripheral surface 61a of the plate cylinder 61, and suctions ink IK to the stencil sheet M side from the outer peripheral surface 61a of the plate cylinder 61 during plate-attachment of winding the stencil sheet M along the outer peripheral surface 61a of the plate cylinder 61; and control means 95 which operates the ink suction means 75 during the plate-attachment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
