Abstract:
To provide a stent which precisely controls the release amount, the release speed and the release site of a medicine, and the like.
The stent 1 is used by being inserted and indwelt to the inner lumina part of a tubular organ of a living body, has a net structure, and is cylindrical as a whole. The stent 1 has: a first layer 11A consisting of a compact quality body with a first metal as a main material; and a second layer 11B connected with the first layer 11A and consisting of a porous body with a second metal as a main material. The porosity of the porous body is desirably ≥10% and ≤80%.
