Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always guarantee expansion by a method wherein two stents are arranged radially expandable on the same axis and a flexible and expandable material layer is disposed between both the stents to eliminate fold of a cover in the expansion of the stents.
SOLUTION: In a stent transplantable tissue piece 10, a material layer 13 is clasped between both coaxial stents 11 and 12, which allows eliminating of stitching of the material layer 13 on one 11, for example, of the stents. Moreover, the material layer 13 can prevents damage that may be caused during the insertion of the stents 11 and 12 into a blood vessel. The flexibility and expandable characteristic of the material layer 13 allows the material layer 13 to expand radially at a transplanting point together with both the stents 11 and 12. In forcing, to prevent the mutual deviation of both the stents 11 and 12, both the stents 11 and 12 can be bound mutually in a dot configuration in an range of the ends thereof.
