The upper part of the lifting base 57 is connected through the rubber board 58 to the nut 56 engaged with the screw shaft 55 rotated by the electric motor 54, and the lower side of the lifting base 57 is received by the receiving roller 60 beneath the moving range of the nut 56, and the lifting base 57 is floating-supported for the nut 56.
