This step eliminating device for a wheelchair includes a lifting table 6 which can be raised and lowered carrying the wheelchair; a first passage element 15 mounted at one end of the lifting table 5 in such a way as to be capable of flipping up and down and which when flipped down communicates the upper surface of the lifting table 6 with the lower surface 21 of a step 20; and a second passage element 17 mounted at the other end of the lifting table 6 in such a way as to be capable of flipping up and down and which when flipped down communicates the upper surface of the lifting table 6 with the upper surface 22 of the step 20.
