Abstract:
To step up force when operating a bicycle, a wheelchair and the like.
Pipes 1 are bent with it placed on a shoulder and a whole is covered with a rubber cushion 2. The pipe is locked by a belt 3 the length of which is adjusted, and one of the belt 3 is locked at a bicycle or a wheelchair. By generating a downward repulsion force when the bicycle or the wheelchair is pedaled, boosting is carried out.
