To provide a stepladder and a working floor which are equipped with a means for securing illuminance in order to improve the safety of night work and work at a dark place.

The stepladder comprises two leg columns 2 and rungs 3 installed between the columns 2 at regular intervals. Two sets of the leg columns are erected vertically, and a top board 1 is provided on the top, and the lower part is opened and closed by hand. An LED luminaire 4 is incorporated inside the leg column 2 or below the rung 3 to illuminate light onto the rung 3. The working floor comprises the stepladder which is provided with a switch 5 for lighting the LED luminaire 4 on the surface of the column leg 2 and incorporates a secondary battery 6 for a power source into the leg column 2, and scaffolding boards 9 which respectively have standing poles at four corners and are installed at regular intervals. The LED luminaire 4 is incorporated inside the standing pole 11 to illuminate light onto the scaffolding boards 9. The working floor is provided with an automatic light controller 7 for automatically lighting the LED luminaire 4 according to darkness, and incorporates the secondary battery 6 into the standing pole 11, thereby securing illuminance to improve the safety of work.
