To provide a stepladder which can exercise a function of significantly improving fall-prevention performance of the stepladder by extending extension legs on both the right and left sides of an extension leg storage leg when the stepladder is used.

The stepladder is constituted by providing the extension leg storage leg to the leg, and the extension leg storage leg is a leg which can store the extension legs which can be extended on both the right and left sides. When the stepladder is not used, the extension legs are stored inside and/or outside the extension leg storage leg. When the stepladder is used, the extension legs are extended from the inside and/or the outside of the extension leg storage leg on both the right and left sides of the extension leg storage leg. When the stepladder is used, by extending the extension legs on both the right and left sides of the extension leg storage leg, the function of significantly improving fall-prevention performance of the stepladder can be exercised.
