Title:
STEPLESS AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION GEAR FOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5937361
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve rigidity required during processing, by a method wherein the point of the output shaft of a planet gear transmission gear is of a sleeve press-fitting structure in which, the center of a machine tool is supported by end surfaces across the large portion of a shaft, during processing of the slope surface of a sheave. CONSTITUTION:The output shaft 2 of a planet gear transmission gear 600 of a stepless automatic transmission gear for vehicle is formed such that a hole 21 is formed along an axial center, a point 22 is protruded and rotatably engages with the hollow part 3 of an output shaft 1 of a fluid coupling 400, and the rear end side engages with a sleeve 11 mating with the hole 21, the inside of the sleeve 11 forming an oil passage. Consequently, the output shaft is of a structure in which, the center of a machine tool is supported by end surfaces across the large size portion of the shaft during processing of the slope surface of a sheave, and this permits improvement of rigidity during work. Further, since 2 system oil passages are formed within the output shaft 2 of the planet gear transmission gear 60 by means of the sleeve 11 and a thin pipe 12, forced lubrication is practicable.
