Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor device capable of preventing a stop position of a rotor from being displaced during full phase excitation by variation in coil resistance values of phases.SOLUTION: One end of an A-phase coil L1 is connected to a voltage application end 25 to which a DC voltage VM is applied, and the other end is connected to a ground via a switch element Q1. One end of a resistance element part R1 is connected to the voltage application end 25, and the other end is connected to the ground via an A-bar-phase coil L2 and a switch element Q2. One end of a B-phase coil L3 is connected to the voltage application end 25, and the other end is connected to the ground via a switch element Q3. One end of a B-bar-phase coil L4 is connected to the voltage application end 25, and connected to the ground via a switch element Q4. When stopping a motor, all the switch elements Q1-Q4 are turned on, a speed of a rotor is reduced using a regenerative brake torque, and excitation of coils of all phases is cancelled in predetermined timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
