Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control slow up/down of a stepping motor by smaller memory capacity and smaller circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A stepping motor driving apparatus 110 includes: a table 111 for thinning and storing data for specifying pulse width of a driving pulse concerned with slow-up control or a slow-down control of a stepping motor 70; a drive pulse control unit 112 for successively reading out the data from the table 111, interpolating data thinned without being stored in the table 111 in accordance with the applied number of interpolations and outputting drive pulses by pulse width along the read and interpolated data; a number-of-interpolations instruction unit 113 for instructing the number of interpolations to the drive pulse control unit 112: and a driving unit 114 for driving the stepping motor 70 in accordance with drive pulses outputted from the drive pulse control unit 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
