Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor capable of improving magnetic characteristics and quality such as rust prevention of a stator and attaining high ease of assembly, in the stepping motor which includes a rotor having a permanent magnet with multiple poles polarized, a stator yoke formed into such a bending shape that pole sections on both ends proximately face each other at the pole passing surface of the permanent magnet, and a tubular insertion-type wiring bobbin where a coil for energizing the stator yoke is previously wound.
SOLUTION: The stator yoke is constituted of first yoke members inserted from both end openings of the wiring bobbin and second yoke members inserted from the other openings. Each of insertion ends of both the yoke members is formed with a continuous magnetic passage between both of them by a jointed section coming into surface contact with each other in such a direction as to be overlapped with the insertion direction. The jointed section is fixed under a pressed-in condition inside the bobbin.
