PURPOSE: To provide a stepping pointillage apparatus which prevents a pointillage apparatus from sliding on a setting floor surface to eliminate the danger of making a user tumble.

CONSTITUTION: A flange 13 is formed at a lower part of a stepping base which is made of a synthetic resin and has protrusions 5 and 6 for pointillage on the surface thereof and a frame part 11 is made to be erected on the periphery of a seat plate 10 which is made of an elastic material such as synthetic rubber with a larger friction coefficient and formed with an area thereof larger by one size than that of the bottom of the stepping base. The flange of the stepping based is fitted into an inner circumferential groove 12 formed on the inner circumference of a base part of the frame part.
