Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the stepping of step-up due to the stepping condition of mis-detection by counting and comparing the set number of times of scanning and the number of times of the scanning of a sequence program, and executing the stepping of the step-up at the time of coincidence. CONSTITUTION:The stepping type sequence control of the stepping condition of a ladder program is set in a step-up counter 18 from a CPU 22 through an AND gate 20, and a reset signal Sr is inputted to a scanning counter 14. The number of times of scanning is set by the number of times of scanning setting device 12, and the number of times of scanning of the sequence program is counted by the counter 14. The set number of times of scanning and the number of times of scanning of the sequence program are compared by a comparator 16, and at the time of the coincidence, a coincidence signal Si is sent. By inputting the signal Si to the counter 18, the stepping of the step-up is executed. Thus, the stepping of the step-up due to the stepping condition of the mis- detection apt to occur at the time of the re-composition of sequence by changing a pin on a pin board matrix and so on can be prevented.
