To provide a stereoscopic photographing device capable of photographing a stereoscopic image of a static image or a dynamic image by using a main camera for photographing a front side and a sub camera for self-photographing, and a portable terminal device using the stereoscopic photographing device.
On an upper housing 11, a main screen 13 and a sub screen 14 are disposed on front and back sides. The upper housing 11 can rotate by 180° to a lower housing 12 by a rotation hinge 15, when opening/closing a portable terminal 10. Furthermore, by a rotation hinge 16, the upper housing 11 can be turned over by rotating by 180° to a surface of the lower housing 12 during three-dimensional photographing, while opening the portable terminal 10. A main camera 17 and a sub camera 18 are disposed so as to turn in the same direction. At that time, a distance between the main camera 17 and the sub camera 18 almost corresponds to a parallax distance. During the three-dimensional photographing, a user photographs the sub screen 14 as a finder.
