Frame memories 14L, 14R read a left eye video signal and a right eye video signal being moving image signals in synchronization with each other, based on reading control signals from delay units 16L, 16R. A frame mixer 20 alternately changes over the left eye video signal and the right eye video signal which are read from the frame memories 14L, 14R within one horizontal scanning period, performs synthesis of OSD signal indicating a division point upon changeover, and outputs the signal. The position of the division point is set by a signal from a position counter 19. The video signal output from the frame mixer 20 is supplied to a monitor 2. Consequently, the left half image part of a left eye image and the right half image part of a right eye image are displayed on one monitor screen while being divided with a division line as a boundary.
