Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved pump unit.SOLUTION: A pump unit (10) has an especially simple structure, and is just equipped with two housing portions (14 and 15), four valve bodies (37), and pump pistons (25 and 29). The valve bodies (37) are preferably same, and installed in a recessed part between both housing portions (14 and 15). Preferably, the housing portions (14 and 15) are permanently coupled with each other by an ultrasonic weld seam. The valve body is formed by a disc-shaped or a platy plastic component having elasticity itself, and may be equipped with a center pin (42) as an assembling and direction auxiliary tool. As requested, the valve bodies apply loads on valve seats (43) by being energized or without being energized, and form a valve which can certainly open/close, react to the slowest flow speed, and be easily sterilized.
