Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable safe and easy sterilization of raw vegetables preventing the generation of carcinogenicity, by putting raw vegetables and fresh water into a vessel, adding ozonized ice and placing a floating lid on the water.
CONSTITUTION: Raw vegetables to be sterilized are put into a vessel together with fresh water and ozonized ice is added thereto. A floating lid made of PE, PP, etc., is placed on the water to effect the sterilization of the raw vegetables.
